Our business

• Analysis of the details of the relevant job description and the organizational structure it will be in with our business partner
• Determination of the right human resource profile,
• Determination and use of suitable resources,
• Profile research and advertisement work,
• Headhunting,
• Conducting preliminary interviews and sharing positive profiles with our business partner (benchmarking),
• Conducting and reporting competency-based/English detailed interviews with selected profiles (short list),
• Organization of interviews, follow-up and sharing of feedback,
• Management of reference checks and offer process,
• Final reporting of the project process.
• Maintaining regular communication with our business partner and human resources.

• Conducting and reporting measurement and evaluation processes with the current employee profile,

• Making and/or directing the necessary applications on behalf of the person who left/will leave,
• Providing periodic communication with the person within the specified period and reporting to our business partner.
