CEO Office Assistant Manager

As Griffin Consultancy, we’re searching for a CEO Office Assistant Manager for our global business partner who is the leading name in service industry. CEO Office Assistant Manager will directly report to Head of CEO Office and will work hybrid.

  • Supporting the strategies implemented to achieve the company’s vision,
  • Carrying out necessary work by ensuring coordination with the relevant units for strategic initiatives such as new distribution channels, company acquisitions and mergers, and restructuring activities,
  • Preparing, delivering, and following up on research, analysis, and presentations based on the needs of the CEO and senior management,
  • Managing the data collection, interpretation, and analysis processes to identify trends related to the global and local insurance sector and market,
  • Supporting the implementation of short, medium, and long-term strategies by evaluating sectoral business potentials and considering competitive conditions,
  • Conducting detailed research and feasibility studies on new market entries,
  • Conducting regular market research to determine the company’s market share and positioning, presenting the results to the management committee and relevant employees,
  • Supporting the design and implementation of products that will provide solutions for new insurance needs by following developments in the sector,
  • Investigating the relevance of existing products to market conditions, suggesting new product development proposals, and creating strategies for entering profitable markets,
  • Ensuring the coordination of the relevant departments in annual marketing plans, marketing communication, and value management,
  • Providing support in preparing press releases and media content,
  • Ensuring that decisions made in the management committee are communicated to relevant departments, and that necessary actions are taken and coordinated,
  • Ensuring that processes in responsible projects are carried out on time,
  • Resolving issues that relevant stakeholders cannot solve in projects and ensuring coordination with the relevant departments.

Qualifications:

  • Graduating with a high GPA from the Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering departments of leading universities in Turkey,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project),
  • Ability to express oneself fluently in both spoken and written English,
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience,
  • Experience in management consulting, financial consulting/audit, and/or the insurance industry,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong persuasion and coordination skills at the senior management level.
