Legal Manager

As Griffin Consultancy, we’re searching for a Legal Manager for our partner who is the leading name in energy sector in Türkiye. Legal Manager will directly report to Legal Director and will work hybrid. 

• Drafting contracts and providing opinions on contract processes related to free and regulated business sectors,
• Following legal processes regarding intellectual property and industrial rights,
• Managing defense processes in regulatory investigations,
• Handling legal correspondence with official institutions within the scope of the duties,
• Representing the company legally before government agencies,
• Conducting compliance audits within the scope of responsibilities,
• Organizing training sessions in line with relevant legislation,
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with obligations arising from relevant legislation,
• Performing regular regulatory updates and informing business units about changes in the legislation.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Faculty of Law of a university and completed a master’s/doctoral degree in law,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project),
• Ability to express oneself fluently in both spoken and written English,
• A minimum of 10 years of experience,
• Ability to travel.
