Plant Controller (Fixed- Term)

As Griffin Consultancy, we’re searching for a Plant Controller (Fixed-Term) for our global business partner who is the leading name in FMCG industry both in Türkiye and Europe. Plant Controller will directly report to Controlling Manager and will work remotely.

• Prepare monthly reports of Plant and overheads results, monthly forecasts, annual business plan, and strategic planning.
• Lead month end closing for production and overheads, prepare monthly variance analysis.
• Analyze and accurately report current month’s financial results to the plant, sales, and headquarter in accordance with corporate format and time requirements.
• Submit all financial transactions, and reporting on a timely and accurate basis.
• Ensure smooth transition into SAP S/4 HANA, follow up critical milestones, data validation and  issue resolution.
• Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results. Investigate and explain book to physical adjustments.
• Ensure bill of material and costing accurately reflect production operations
• Perform weekly walkthroughs of the plant with the Plant Manager to discuss production and costing issues. Review material costs, manufacturing overhead, and inventory levels.
• Quarterly update cost estimates for finished products and trade goods
• Calculating payback analysis for new investments
• Providing support to new product development projects by calculating cost sheets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, finance, business administration or economics
• Min. 5 years work experience in controlling / finance area
• High analytical skills, structured way of thinking and working, coordination skills
• Knowledge and experience of SAP FI/CO module
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English – Written and Verbal
• Eager to learn and open to challenges
